Sequestration News
I like the definition of sequestration which describes it as: "a deposit
whereby a neutral depositary agrees to hold property in litigation
and to restore it to the party to whom it is adjudged to belong "
providing that the neutral depository holding the sequestered money is
"We the People" and the party to whom it is adjudged to belong is
"We the Taxpayers."
Unfortunately, The President and Congress are of the opinion that it is
THEIR property and that it should be restored to THEM.
